In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and sub-section 3 of section 3-A of the Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975 (Act-1 of 1975) as amended by the Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) Amendment) Act, 2001 (Act No.9 of 2001), the Governor of Telangana hereby constitute a Special Development Authority for the area specified in the Notification – I above for the purpose of the said Act and the said Authority shall be called as the “Yadagirigutta Temple Development Authority” and shall consist of:
